Dynamic QoS control for a multi-service IP network

Abstract(in English) In the multi-service IP network which can offer two or more communication quality, it is necessary for a user to choose the optimal service class and to communicate. In this paper, we describe a dynamic QoS control method which performs quality control strategically according to user request and traffic condition in the multi-service IP network. In an experiment, it is shown that high quality and low cost communication is realizable by using the traffic information which a network offers.
