| Abstract(in English) | The communication network services and the information services over telecommunication networks are moving from the conventional quality guarantee type to the best effort type and the grasping of the expectation degree of the user about the provided network and the quality of the service and the coordination with the degree of customer satisfaction become an important issue. Especially the quality of "security" (QoSec) issue is serious because (1) a malicious third party affects security of communication services and (2) the quality degradation would significantly damage the users' activities and assets. This paper aims to trigger the piling up the research in this area to obtain the wide consensus on quality of security (QoSec) of communication service. |
