Abstract(in English) Rapid technological growth is bringing about price reductions of network components and drastic change of the tariff structures for leased line services. The tariff structure of leased line service has become non-linear cost function for distance and capacity. This paper studies the optimal method to minimize the whole enterprise network cost considering topological connectivity and routing for non-linear cost functions.
