| Abstract(in English) | We propose a new performance measurement scheme that use both active and passive measurement data to infer user performance. With this scheme, the performance of each user, organization, and application can be estimated from weighted active measurement data. The weighted data is obtained from the change-of-measure framework combining data from both simple active and passive measurements. Through the simulation, the proposed scheme gives accurate estimation of the performance for the individual user without exhaustive measurement or calculation operations. |
