| Abstract(in English) | Considering diversification of application service, and the importance of QoS control of a network, it is essential for policy base QoS management to change QoS of application services only a specific term. This paper describes realization of the policy base QoS management developed by using active network technology. QoS of the whole network is strictly controllable by the advanced policy base QoS management by active network technology based on the policy expressing term-of-validity conditions. Moreover, working with a traffic measurement function, the advanced QoS management can control QoS according to the state of a network. |
