Abstract(in English) This document describes the standardization activity, the technical description and the future work items for the streaming technology over the 3^ generation mobile communication. The standardization activity is proceeded by the 3GPP and WMF. The existence technologies standardized by ETSI, ITU-T are adopted for the streaming framework. Regarding the technology, the 4 categories(media codec, transport, control and presentation)are described. Especially, the restrictions and extensions specified by 3GPP originally are clarified. The future work items(capability exchange, enhanced transport and additional media codec)are also described in this document.
