Abstract(in English) This paper discusses field evaluation results of digital train radio systems. In order to enhance frequency efficiency, this paper reports field evaluation results with respect to mitigation of beat interference by means of transmission time diversity. In this evaluation, we employ maximum-likelihood sequence estimation based on the per-survivor processing, i. e., PSP-MLSE, with two-branch reception diversity for its demodulation part. Finally, field evaluation results in the case of transmission time diversity show the following features:1)the train radio is free from beat interference, when the train makes a stop at the beat interference spot;2)the train radio can obtain the path-diversity gain;3)PSP-MLSE does not suffer from serious performance degradation at the train speed of 150km per hour.
