Abstract(in English)	Because of the increase in various image transmission and retrieval services, traffic control for image information becomes key issues in network management. In this paper, we discuss the recent image transmission and retrieval system in the network and try to find issues of network management. First, we discuss the content delivery system and introduce the technology to realize efficient traffic control. Second, we introduce the multi channel video transmission system and content based image retrieval system, which is now studied in our laboratory, and discuss the key issues of traffic control for image information.
