Abstract(in English) When you try to implement ERP, you should transform your business processes to meet ERP functionality. However, actual business processes are not stable but changing continuously. ERP also does not always have a clear principle of business processes. So, you should have ERP implementing methodology to apply complicated ERP to real business world. This paper presents how Toshiba has been implementing ERP with doing BPR (Business process Reengineering).
