Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the 21^ century, people will live in tremendously multifarious society than ever before. Uniformity goods and/or services supplied by mass production systems cannot fulfill the demand of such people. Thus, to make the customer value for each individual customer, a new collaborative framework between customers and enterprises will be needed. This paper proposes a concept for customer alliance as a new emergence paradigm on IT society, and describes NCAP as one of such examples. Also, this paper reports the reputation of customers on NCAP.
