| 抄録(和) | 将来において企業は社内だけでなく社外の提携先や取引先企業とコラボレートし、コアコンピタンスの形成に向けてビジネスプロセスを再設計しITを活用したビジネスプロセスモデルへと進化させていかなければならない。本論文では現状のビジネスプロセスモデルの進化の履歴を考察し企業間電子商取引(B2B : Business To Business)におけるビジネスプロセスモデルの類型化を試みた。そして、それらのビジネスプロセスの評価を行いその効率化やコスト低減の視点から内包する課題を明らかにしその改良点を論じる。その改良点を踏まえ、企業間電子商取引を含めた将来のビジネスプロセスモデルの方向性を明示する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Enterprises should improve their business processes and need to evolve them for the future, because they need to focus on their core business , and their business that is not related to their core competence would be outsourcing. This paper focuses on the business process model not only for intra-company but also inter-companies and consortium trading companies. The paper classifies B2B business processes on the Internet after some issues with regard to former and current business processes integration are shown. Finally, the authors present the business process model for the next generation based on the reform point they presented from the point of view of business process efficiency and cost reduction. |
