抄録(和)	IT(情報通信技術)の浸透により社会構造や価値観に大転換が起き、企業のITに対する認識を大きく変えた。かつて企業にとってのITは、コスト削減を目的とした業務の効率化のための道具だったが、今や消費者の嗜好に応えるサービス提供に欠かせない存在に発展し、さらには「ITを使って新ビジネスをどう創造するか」という経営戦略そのものになった。本講演では、IT化の進展にともない社会の価値観がどう変化し、産業構造や企業構造にどう影響を及ぼしたかを概観し、産業構造や企業構造にどう影響を及ぼしたかを概観するとともに、さらにソフトウェアのコモディティ化やオープンソース化のようにIT自身に起きている構造変化が新しいビジネスにどう影響を及ぼすかについて述べる。
抄録(英)	The Internet and other information technologies have now progressed and changed not only the structure of the industry but also the sense of value. Such a progress of IT has significantly changed the enterprise's perception of IT as well. The enterprise used to recognize IT as a tool to streamline its business in order to cut down on cost. Today, IT is an indispensable component in the provision of services that meet individual consumer preferences. As enterprises contemplate "how to take advantage of IT to create new business, " IT has even become the business management strategy itself. This presentation will review how the progress in IT has changed the value system of society and how it has influenced the structure of the industry and those of individual enterprises. It will go on to discuss how the change of IT itself will influence new businesses and their business models.
