| 抄録(和) | ベンチャービジネスの競争力の源泉を探るとともに、ソフトウエア特にコンピュータ関連ビジネスと比較し、なぜソフトウエアビジネスが優位性を発揮できるのか、一方大企業や中堅企業が従来のやり方では新技術や新商品が生まれ難いかを考察した。ベンチャーの担い手としてハイテク分野では既存大企業からの中高年者のスピンアウトによるケースが多いがソフトウエア分野では企業経験の浅い若者、学生、女性、主婦層と裾野は広がり、商品も従来の受託型からパッケージ型等独自ソフト開発が増加し、小規模からの事業化が特徴となった。従来の大企業優位から小回りが利き、アイデア即商品化、柔軟なマーケティングの活用によりその有利性が発揮されてきた。この利点をどのように取り込むか大企業等の重要課題となった。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes and serches characteristics of start-up firm on competitiveness agaist Large and Medium size company (LMC) and Software business. The initiators in such firms and software business are resemble of their business activities. Furthermore the characteristics of goods in Software business are changing from contract based development to own developed package - Software, these changes produce new competitiveness of speed, flexibilities in development and marketing. Then LMC lost his competitive in Software business. Therefore it's important subject for LMC to learn the new Business method, manner or strategy. |
