Abstract(in English) We have proposed the watching and listening Web contents system. The system converts Web contents into broadcast type contents. Our broadcast type contents is the time based contents that has cartoon animation and speech synthesis such as TV program. We consider the broadcast type contents are useful in the cellular phone to present Web contents, because the cellular phone has limited interaction. However, displaying of our proposed system targets usual PC's. It is difficult to use all of the system for cellular phone. In this paper we solve the problems, extension of the previous system and provide the new system to the cellular phone. Also we create the prototype system and discussion of them. Our new system consists of three features, which are input feature by using search results, contents converting feature include the direction for cellular phone, and bookmark feature. Users can get easily pleasantly Web contents on cellular phone to use the system in their spare time.
