Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose the file changing method as a new control algorithm for the mobile streaming QoS system which we have already implemented. In the method, a server have several multimedia files with several bit rates, and it changes files to control QoS. We compare the file changing method with another method used in our system by experiments. Moreover, we consider the two methods and a new better method for our system.
