Abstract(in English) SS radio communication systems in 2.4GHz ISM band, such as IEEE802.11 and Bluetooth are widely known. These systems can provide very high data rate, over several Mbps. However, on the other hand, there have problems such that high current consumption, short range service area, large size, high design expenditure and development difficulty. From these reasons, the systems can not maintain the requirement (low current consumption, embedded system and wide service area) of the users who are designing embedded systems. From the view point above, to solve the problems, we developed ultra low current consumption 2.4GHz DS-SS radio modem, which provides 35mA current at full rate, small size and wide service area.
