Initial Synchronization Techniques for Adaptive Array Antennas under Interference Signals

Abstract(in English) This paper presents initial synchronization techniques for adaptive array antennas under interference signals. When new desired signal arrives in the presence of an array, timinig and frequency of new arrival signal must be estimated and synchronized in the beginning of communication. Firstly, we present simplified signal processing structure with lower complexity than the conventional method for timing synchronization. Secondly, frequency synchronization method is presented for adaptive antennas. Thirdly, our timing and frequency synchronization methods are improved using rapid converged weight under continuous interference signals. Our method enables efficient timing and frequency sychronization for antenna arrays.
