Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Space-Time Codes is made researches to propose a solution to the problem of designing a physical layer(channel coding, modulation, diversity). It operates at bandwidth efficiencies that are twice to four times as high as those of today's systems using multiple transmit antennas. However, in this scheme, from multiple antennas, it transmit the distinct symbols differently at the same time, then we receive the vector sum with the combination of transmit symbols. Therefore the euclidean distance is short. In this paper, we choose the symbol that has longer euclidean distance to improve the minimum euclidean distance using matrices and convolutional codes. Computer simulation is applied for evaluating the BER, SER, FER of the proposed scheme.
