Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we investigate a construction method of a multi- spread spectrum communication system receiver. We propose a way to reduce the hardware scale by sharing the IF-unit. In this method, code-division and frequency-division multiplexing are adapted to share the same IF-unit. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the increase of bandwidth to the IF signal. We assume a common receiver corre-sponding to IMT-2000, 2.6GHz satellite broadcast system and IEEE802.11 wireless LAN for the proposed method, and consider IF carrier positioning and system power ratio. By computer simulation we show that IF-unit is shared without increasing the bandwidth m much as in conventional systems.
