Abstract(in English) | With reduction of devices and growth of wireless technology, cellular phones are fastly developing in these days. Recent cellular phones have advanced devices such as large color displays and high-speed CPUs because of the mobile internet services such as i-mode. One of the advanced devices is the CCD camera, which will be the essencial device as a handy image input device used with e-mail, TV phone and so on. In this paper, the image retrieving system for mobile terminals "ImageReMoTe" is proposed. In ImageReMoTe, mobile terminals with CCD cameras are used. With ImageReMoTe, the data related to the image which is similar to the captured image by the CCD camera with the mobile terminals can be received from the server by sending the image to the server. |
