| Abstract(in English) | We describe computing environments that are widely used in the field of bioinformatics, especially for molecular simulations of proteins.Because computation time for protein simulations is much required, parallel machines, such as clusters, or special-purpose computers are often used.Recently, distributed computing of protein folding simulations has also been studied. |
