Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents LIN6, the location independent protocol for IPv6 based on the Location Independent Network Architecture (LINA). The basic concept of LIN6 is separating the node identifier and the interface locator. Overhead incurred by separation of the node identifier and the interface locator is minimized in LINA by introducing the embedded addressing model. We discuss an issue of a multihoming in IPv6, and we show an example solution by using LIN6.
