Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an algorithm for simultaneous determination of LPC analysis and frame partitioning. Short-term characteristic of speech signal can very dynamically. Accordingly, appropriate analysis order and frame langth should depend on each portion of speech signal to be analyzed. We derive a computationally efficient algorithm based on DP, in which frame partioning and LPC analysis order for each frame ane jointly optimized through the MDL criterion. We discuss the utility of the proposed algorithm showing results of natural speech analysis. |
