Abstract(in English) Today, the expansion of closed-caption on TV programs for hearing-impaired people is a social mission. We integrated automation technology of closed-captioning, summarization, synchronization, and developed efficient and rapid closed-caption production system. In this paper, we reported on the result and the future subject of the first phase of the TV closed-caption production technology, and we refer to the plan of the second phase of this project.
