Abstract(in English) Internet Radio has been an empowerment tool for disseminating voices of the people. As the available bandwidth for each listener increases by the popularization of broadband Internet connectivity, more people will involve as Internet broadcasters as well as the listeners. In this paper we propose a framework of support tools for making programs of Internet Radio, for people who do not have previous experiences. The framework is focused on visually-impaired and elderly individuals to support making their own communities by themselves.
