| Abstract(in English) | Comparing the Data Protection Act 1998 in UK with proposed Personal data protection law in Japan, we find many differences in many points such as concept of data, scope of the principle, status of Data Subject, status of correction and suspension right. When we find out such differences in details, such differences are very informative and suggestive for the discussion of data protection system in Japan. |
