Informational Action and Semiotics : An Attempt to Constructing the Informatics in Wide Sense

Abstract(in English) This is a trial of constructing the disciplinary foundation for the new subject "Infonnation Study" of high school in Japan. For establishing the Information Study, we suggest that new methodologies capable to manipulate the "sense of information" are needed, and that extending those up to the informatics in wide rang is desirable. In this effort, we propose the introduction of the semiotics and the concept informationaI action. The former is useful for explaining the role of message sending, and the latter is available as an element of the action-relation process through which the Informational Sociology is built up. And a new model of communication is presented based on a simple object having some intemal states.
