Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There is an ongoing effort to develop frameworks to provide various services by coordinating home appliances. But coordination of AV devices require transporting media stream between AV equipments by relaying medeia stream by several AV devices, as well as commands for controlling them. In this paper, we assume an environment in which media stream are transmitted over heterogenious neteworks, and introduce Smart Connect System which generate media stream path between AV devices by searching and controlling medeia stream relay devices with the exchange of messages between AV devices. Using this system facilitates development of applications to coordinate AV devices including existing AV devices in home network envronment.
