Abstract(in English) Knowledge about functions of each gene can be acquired by constructing and analyzing cell lineage. If cell lineage can be constructed automatically, biologists can get much more cell lineage and knowledge about gene function. An algorithm which constructs the cell lineage of C.elegans by the group of Onami is under development. In this report, we implemented a hardware accelerator of this algorithm on ALTERA's CPLD.
