| Abstract(in English) | This paper presents a concept of real-time volume rendering system of 4000^3 volumetric datasets. By utilizing the computing power of the renderer, this system can provide simulation environment in order to realize real-time visualization of the simulation result, what we call 'Active Volume Rendering'. When this system cooperates with a large simulation server, it speculatively predicts a result of th simulation, continues rendering to hide the volume data transfer overhead. |
