Abstract(in English)	In recent years, the more burden of administrators increases as network becomes important and complicated more and more. The next generations of network management framework has been proposed and developed gradually. But they are not matured enough to catch up with rapid innovations and users' requests in network technologies. We must construct a system more generally and make the sources open. We propose a new management system on the basis of existing frameworks such as the WBEM and requirements of users.
