A Parallel Automated Wire Router "Amon"

Abstract(in English) In this paper,a new parallel global and detailed router called Amon is introduced.Amon provides a new technique to divide the grid to cells and to assign cells to PEs.Ti$ new technique decreases the communication cost by decreasing number of messages between PEs improves the routing quality by decreasing the number of as used,and improves the paraltelizaticrn between nets by allowing more nets to be routed in the same time.Amon also introduces a new way for detailed routing.In this way,we get a path for each net under the condition that this path will not prevent the other nets to be routed latter.Amon is being implemented on MIMD tours parallel machine called AP1000.
