Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We suggest the mechanism of fast process creation and disappearance by recycling process elements. Process elements of Tender are separated and independent. Therefore process elements are able to exist without process existence. Fast process creation is realized by creating resources beforehand or by recycling resources. And fast process disappearance is realized by remaining resources of process. We implemented this mechanism of resource recycle on Tender and evaluated it. As the result, the time of process creation and disappearance is fast more than 15 millisecond.
