Abstract(in English) Parallel Relational Database System HiRDB was developed, on a computer system consists of processor nodes connected through communication network. Floating server architecture which execute join or sort operation on other nodes, enable to keep the load balance, and fulfill the scalable performance proportional to the number of processors. We developed a performance evaluation model of the selection and we compared this model with performance measurement of 16 processor systems.
