Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes basic operational circuits for analog-digital merged circuit architecture using pulse width modulation signals. A PWM multi-functional circuit and a new PWM signal processing circuit, that do simultaneous operation on both higher and lower bits what PWM signals have divided and combine the results to full body PWM signal, are proposed. Those circuits are designed with 0.8um CMOS and simulated with SPICE for evaluation. Kohonen Network is treated as an appropriate application of multi-input circuit systems which extract distances of PWM signals based on above idea.
