Abstract(in English) This paper describes the development of a 0.25μm CMOS 0.9V 100MHz DSP core which is composed of a 2mW 16b multiplier-accumulator and a 1.5mW 8kb SRAM. High-speed operation with a supply of less than 1V has been achieved by developing 0.25μm CMOS technology, reducing threshold voltage, using tri-state inverter 3-2/4-2 adders and device-deviation-immune sense amplifier.
