Petri Net based High Speed Controller for FA Systems

Abstract(in English) In this paper ,we propose a high speed Petri Net Controller to control FA systems quickly. Each controlled object is descried independently by petri nets, and a whole of systems is organized by connecting them by petri nets. Computers are treated as other objects equally, and all objects are controlled very fast by the Petri net Controller. We have proposed a such controller, but it has two problems, 1)fireable transitions are not always fired, 2)fire priority is not considered. Then, we removed them by 1)holding the marking for ensuring transitions are checked, 2)assigning one transition to one place and fixing the fire priority to each of the places. Its processing speed is the same as before. Assuming petri nets consist of 512 places and 512 transitions, the controller takes about 530 kbit memories and 11,000 gates, and it can be on one chip sufficiently.
