Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper reports the result of an implementation of a real-time kernel for function-distributed multiprocessor systems, in which various implementation techniques we have proposed are used. We first describe the kernel model and the granularity of lock units, and present a priority-ordered spin locl algorithm with preemption, which is the key technique in the reported implementation. We also demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposals through performance measurements.
