Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have been developing a local area distributed computing system in which thousands of commodity personal computers and workstations can be connected by high speed interconnection. This system will provide a single parallel system image to users and support high performance parallel computing. To evaluate adequacy of the design of the system, we implemented an emulating environment using Myrinet. In this report, we evaluated the design through implementation of the SPLASH-2 parallel programs on the emulation environment.
