| 抄録(和) | 患者の安全性を確保し,医療従事者の負担を軽減するために,ベッド周辺で起こる事故,あるいは事故につながりかねない危険な行動を自動検出するシステムが医療の現場から切望されている.本研究では,1台の固定カメラから得られる動画像に,階層化されたマルチエージェントシステムを適用することで,ベッドからの転落,絶対安静下での起座といった患者の危険行動を検出する手法を提案する.本マルチエージェントシステムは,頭部,手などの人体部位を検出するエージェント,人体部位の動きから行動特徴を検出するエージェント,および行動特徴を統合し行動を理解するエージェントにより構成され,これらのエージェントが分散,協調して患者の行動理解を行う.行動の前提にあたる前兆行動特徴と行動を決定しうる確定行動特徴の2種類に行動特徴を分類し,これらの組み合わせにより行動理解の信頼性を向上させている. |
| 抄録(英) | In medical facilities, a surveillance system that monitors around a bed and detects some accidental movements of a patient is strongly in demand. In this paper, we present a method for understanding patient's behaviors and predicting dangerous behaviors in the image sequence from one stationary camera by using multi-agent system with three level hierarchical architecture. The low-level of the hierarchy deals with finding body parts of the patient. The mid-level of the hierarchy is concerned with extracting features representing characteristic movements of body parts. The top-level of the hierarchy generates the understanding output of patient's behaviors. In this architecture, the top-level uses the state transition diagram for the understanding process. Each transition of the diagram occurs when different types of output, "Predictive feature" and "Definite feature", are made by the agents in the middle-level. The method with the function of integrating various information performs behavior understanding with high reliability. The experimental results support the effectiveness of our method. |
