| 抄録(和) | 日常生活、体験のデジタル化が本研究の課題である.一生分の体験ログを映像として残すことができるだろうか.圧縮技術、HDDなどの蓄積技術の進歩や小型でウエアラブルになってきた情報機器の進展もあり、ハードウエアの壁は低くなっている.しかしながら、かりに長期間の体験映像を残せたとしても、膨大に残してしまったものの中からどのように欲しい映像をとってくるのだろうか?現在のホームビデオですらお蔵入りして目に触れることは少ない.欲しいところへ効率よくアクセスするための方策が必要である.通常の映像検索では、コンテンツに基づく検索が盛んに検討されている.これに対し、体験記録の場合、コンテンツよりも状況を表すコンテキストが役に立つ.このため、カメラばかりでなく、GPS、動きセンサ等々を用いる.街情報も併せてもちいるとキーワードの付与されていない映像を店の名前などのキーワードで探すこともできる.本発表では、我々の試みを紹介したい.また、体験記録の観点から関連する研究を概観する. |
| 抄録(英) | In recent years, the trial in which various information of a life of individuals will be recorded completely has come to start in various places. We attempt digitization of personal experiences by continuously recording using a wearable video camera. It can lead to "automatic life-log". However, since amounts of these data are huge, we must have a framework for retrieving the desired one efficiently. In this paper, we introduce our "context-based life-log data retrieval system for the life-log applications". This wearable system is capable of continuously capturing data not only from a wearable camera and a microphone, but also from various kinds of sensors to extract the user's context. In addition, the system provides functions which make efficient video browsing and retrieval possible by using data from these sensors and some databases. |
