| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,人物に着用することが可能なウェアラブルカメラから得られる映像とGPS(Global Positioning System)で取得する位置情報を用いて着用者の行動を認識し,その結果をマルチモーダルに表現する手法を提案する.まず,ウェアラブルカメラから得られる着用者の主観的な映像の変化からその移動量や移動方向を推定する.そして,映像中の肌色領域を抽出することで対象人物の顔や着用者白身の手の領域を抽出し,更に手領域を追跡することで手の移動方向を推定するとともに,手で扱っている物体を映像中から抽出する.また,人物の行動を認識する上で,着用者の現在位置は重要な情報となるため,大局的な位置をGPSで,より詳細な位置をウェアラブルカメラにより推定している.推論した人物行動を自然言語テキスト,画像,動画などを複合的に用いてマルチモーダルに表現する手法を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we propose a method of recognizing human behavior using video images of a wearable camera in addition to the data of GPS(Global Positioning System) and expressing it in the form of multimodal description. Firstly, location of the person is estimated by movements of the person from the change of images obtained by the camera, and the position given by the GPS in the case of outdoor. The actions are inferred from the combinatorial movements of hands, faces which are extracted by skin color statistics from images. The region of objects is extracted by change of the images, and is recognized using the model-based matching. Using these recognized results, we represent the behavior of the person by the form of multimodal expression such as natural language, still picture and video images (video picture). |
