Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently there are projects that digitally archive cultural heritages. Such digital archiving does not only preserve cultural heritages but also broaden the way of using them. However such digital contents are only shown in display, and cannot be touched. So, we propose a system that overlays textures which are deformed by geometric transformation onto the arbitrary deformable surface of an object in real time using HMD. In this system, we select a book as the object and documents as the textures. Therefore, using this system, the observer can read digitized documents as if he reads real books.
