| 抄録(和) | 10歳未満から70歳代まで,8段階の年代に属する顔の画像206枚について,同様に10歳未満から70歳代までの8段階の年代にグループ分けされた被験者192名を用いて,年齢知覚実験を行った.その結果,被験者は顔の実年齢よりもやや高めに顔の年齢を知覚していること,顔と被験者の年代カテゴリーの違いによって,年齢知覚の傾向に違いがある可能性が示された.また,本実験で使用された顔画像は,先に年代推定システムによる年代推定と判定結果を得ているため,その結果を合わせて,人の年齢知覚特性の考察を行った. |
| 抄録(英) | A psychological experiment was conducted to investigate the accuracy of judgments of facial age. 206 facial stimuli aged between 6 and 78 were used in this experiment. Age was categorized according to decade. The subjects were 192 people with the approximately same age range as the stimuli. The results showed that perceived facial age was slightly higher than the real age, and that the perceived age for every age category of the faces differed depending on the age of the subjects. Finally, we discuss a possible system for age estimation based on the subjective data. |
