Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Solution X-ray scattering analysis of macromolecule is used for the analysis of the nature of macromolecule. Its advantage is that it does not need to crystallize molecule and the condition of molecule is near physiological condition. However it needs enormous cost of the calculation for the pattern of X-ray scattering intensity for the model of the structure of molecule. In this paper, we will show the Special-Purpose Computer for solution X-ray Scattering Analysis of Macromolecule (XSAM-1) and its effect.
