Abstract(in English) The one of the main issue of bioinfomatics is to clarify risk factor of disease. We focus the case-control study is regarded as feature selection problem in field of patern recognition. From the standpoint, we propose new nonlinear discriminant analysis and feature selection medhod as novel clasification rule extraction methods. We show the effectiveness of our method thorough the experimental resuluts.
