| 抄録(英) | There are a variety of problems on pattern recognition and understanding in the field of bioinformatics. First of all, some introductory terms for molecular biology are provided together with the meaning of data produced in biological laboratories. Some teachniqies of pattern recognition or pattern matching, especially sequence alignment, 2-D point pattern matching, clustering and genetic network are important applications for bioinformatics . |
