| Abstract(in English) | In this paper a method using the Stable Background to abstract information from signboard is explained. The ground of signboard is one of the Stable Backgrounds used to perform information, written in signboard, more clearly. We also explained a method to distinguish signboard with other Stable Back grounds. We extract information from signboard by measuring contrast between color feature of signboard's and likely information. |
