| 抄録(和) | 人は他者の表情に対して、それと同調的な表情を表出することがよくある。この同調的反応が笑顔、怒りそして悲しみ表情に対して生起することは知られているが、その後のコミュニケーションにどのような影響を与えるかを検討した研究は見当たらない。本研究ではある表情表出に対して、他者が同調的に反応した場合と同調的に反応しなかった場合とで、後続する表情に変化が見られるのかを検討することを目的とした。被験者の表情表出に対し、日本人男女、欧米人男女各1名に同調的あるいは非同調的に反応させ、その時の被験者表情の変化を記録した。同調的反応によって、被験者の幸福表情は促進され、怒り表情および悲しみ表情は弱められることがわかった。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this technical report, we present a novel approach for observing how a subject's facial expression of an emotion is affected by synchronized facial expression responses, utilizing developed technologies. On a computer display, facial image sequences are synthesized for responding to the subject's expressions using a real time facial expression recognition-synthesis system. Synthesized images are same or opposite/different categorics in congruent or incongruent conditions respectively. We observed that if the computer shows a congruent facial response for subject's smile expression. it helps the subject to chance his/her smile expression. In incongruent conditions, subjects showed opposite responses specifically for anger and sadness however. |
