Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Interactive multi-modal services have been popular with access lines to the Internet becoming broader. Unlike conventional telephone service, interactive multi-modal services are expected as rich communication means. For this reason, in order to offer service with a high degree of user satisfaction, it is important to give guidelines for quality design and management by measuring the abundance of service. In this paper, in order to clarify the measures for the abundance of service, the psychological factors obtained from video communication services were analyzed by the SD technique and factor analysis. The three psychological factors of sense of relief and togetherness, an esthetic sense, and sense of activity were obtained. Next, the quality degradation factors affecting each psychological factor were clarified. Moreover, the relationship between the opinion scores and the factor scores was examined for representation by multiple regression model. As a result, the regression model was found to be applicable to the scores for the video communication service.
